All of the standards prescribed in the Architectural Control guidelines and CCA's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Covenants) are adpoted for the purpose of:
- Maintaining architectural harmony and beauty,
- Preservation of a safe, healthy environment, and
- Maintenance and improvement of property values.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is chaired by board member Monica McKnight. Committee members also include John Yu and Paige McLaughlin. The ACC meets on a monthly basis to discuss open ACC requests. The ACC is also responsible for updating the ACC guidelines and covenants as necessary. ACC meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month and are open to residents; however, all ACC requests must be submitted to the committee at least one week prior to the monthly meeting. ACC requests can be submitted online or through Sequoia Management.
